Client Services Specialist - Healthcare (Full-time/Lubbock, TX)

The Client Services Specialist leads the planning and implementation of client registration and data related/practice management projects. Oversees the daily responsibilities of inputting new patient/client data, processing patient/client information and charting, for optimal transaction flow, conducting billing research and responding to telephone inquiries.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

•   Facilitate the client registration and services system
•   Track system and device deliverables using appropriate tools
•   Quality Assurance Coordinates projects with information technology in order to ensure effective integration of clinical systems
•   Assist sales team with data collection and input
•   Obtains pre-certifications as required by health care insurers or managed care providers

 

The Client Services Specialist ensures activities comply with company's standards and government regulations, medical facility accreditation requirements, Medicare compliance, and utilization review process. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

•   Minimum of a High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
•   Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
•   Communicate effectively - verbally and in writing, multi-task, prioritize essential tasks, follow directives from Company executives, and contribute to overall Company direction.
•   Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
•   Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
•   Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
•   Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm.
